1. PAYMENT
The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as the price shown on the website at the time of purchase, plus delivery costs.
Payment can be made:
- cash on delivery (cash on delivery system);
- online, by card. Our payment processor is MobilPay;
- prin banca: daca preferati aceasta modalitate de plata, va rugam sa ne anuntati si un reprezentant al AVARO Fashion se va ocupa de toate detaliile (factura proforma, confirmare plata etc.) astfel incat comanda dvs. sa fie livrata in cel mai scurt timp. Livrarea produselor se va face numai dupa intrarea banilor in contul nostru. Confirmarea platii poate dura intre 24 si 48 de ore in functie de procesarea platii intre bancile implicate.
2. DELIVERY
Products are delivered throughout the country within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
During public holidays and sales periods, there may be delays in delivery of up to 7 days, but we do our best to ensure that the high volume of orders does not affect the standard delivery time.
- The order is delivered by express courier, based on the address provided in the order.
- Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Transport cost:
- The shipping cost is 19 Lei within Romania for all orders;
- For orders shipped outside Romania – shipping costs will be borne by the customer regardless of the order value and will be communicated by email for confirmation before shipment. The shipping time, in this case, depends on the delivery times of the courier company.
Exceptional situations:
- For orders with multiple products, it is possible that the products will be shipped from multiple delivery points. In this situation, the delivery time may increase by 1-2 business days and you will receive multiple packages, and the refund amounts will correspond to the products in each package.
- There are situations in which the ordered products cannot be shipped (out of stock, product purchased at the same time by another customer, defective product). In these situations, we will inform you within a maximum of 3 working days (by email) and we will immediately initiate the refund of the value of the respective products, in the case of orders paid by card.
- During SALE and PROMOTION periods, there may be delays of up to 5 business days (compared to the standard times above) in processing orders and returns.
3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange the products you ordered within 14 calendar days of receiving the package by following these steps:
1) In the case of product exchanges, you must place a new order on the avaro-fashion.ro website for the desired product, fill in the comments section with "Product exchange" and choose cash on delivery as the payment method, then proceed to step 2; for returns, go directly to step 2.
2) Fill out the return form included in the package (or download Return form) according to the instructions therein.
3) Pack the product(s) in conditions as close as possible to those in which you received them and add the previously completed form to the package. (The return form can also be sent by email to comenzi@avaro-fashion.com).

4) Predă coletul curierului FAN Courier și păstrează chitanța AWB până la finalizarea returului.
ATTENTION!!! If you choose any other courier service that charges extra, we reserve the right to bill you for the respective amount or to refuse the package.
5) Within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned package, you will receive the value of the products in the IBAN account indicated in the return form.

In the case of product exchanges, the desired product will only be shipped after receipt of the package containing the returned product. The requested products will be shipped within a maximum of 5 working days, depending on their availability.
The return fee is 19 lei, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to your IBAN account. The 19 lei fee is only valid for shipments with payment to the RECIPIENT (AC GLOBAL LOGISTICS SRL).
The fee for exchanging the product is 38 lei.
The shipping fee initially paid by customers is non-refundable!
ATTENTION!!! If the shipping fee is paid by the SHIPPER, it will not be refunded!
Return policy:
- Make sure that the products you order are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Returned products must not show any signs of wear or washing, must have all labels attached, and must be accompanied by the receipt or sales invoice. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to refund the value of the products and will return the package to the RECIPIENT with shipping costs payable by the recipient.
- Fill out the return form and place it in the box along with the invoice and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Pack the products, preferably in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack them in a similar way to ensure that they are not damaged during transport.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear and swimsuits that do not bear the seal are not accepted for return.
Upon receipt of the package, the product will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions; otherwise, it will be refused. We do not accept returns via Posta Romana, only via express courier companies. If you have received a product other than the one you ordered or the product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours by email at comenzi@avaro-fashion.com, in order to remedy this inconvenience. For replacement with a new product or refund, the shipping fee will be covered by AVARO-Fashion.
